PTO drive on electric mixer for double the mixing performance
Recommendable for electric mixers. Through the use of a pto drive with 1000 rpm of a tractor the performance can be doubled.

Double frame mixer version
With a second surface crust propeller suitable for slalom system channels with a depth from 2,50 m. The picture shows a double frame mixer in V2A high-grade steel.

V2A High-grade steel version
For mixers that are fixed stationary in circuits we recommend a complete V2A high-grad steel version.

V-belt reduction
A solid V-belt drive (3-6 V-belts, according to the motor power) transmits the power of the electric motor to the mixer shaft. Therefore best number of revolutions of about 460 rpm – low maintenance and quiet.

Safety switch to reverse direction
The star-triangle safety switch to reverse direction (standard fitting) enables pushing or pulling working, an integrated motor protection catches up load peaks. Can also be equipped with an automatic clockwork.

Slurry resistant mounting of the mixer shaft
Instead of dirt-sensible rolling bearings with seals which do rarely withstand the aggressive slurry for a long time, RECK slurry mixers are equipped with the extremely resistant special slide bearings. They are long-lived, maintenance-friendly and have proved very well in the slurry sector.

High efficiency shredder (accessories)
Tears up leftovers of fodder and straw in the slurry, avoids blockages of the drag hoses, for effective fermentation in biogaz plants. The picture shows the version in V2A high-grade steel.
